In 1990, when the term “women’s active participation” had not yet become widespread in Japan, Business Refine was started by a woman with a strong desire for “women’s active participation.” The advancement of women in society is an important factor in the development of the Japanese economy in the 21st century, and we have focused on developing fields where men and women can succeed equally through human resource development, temporary staffing, and recruitment business.
Until the first ten years after founding, we had only female employees, but this has changed with the times, and now both men and women stand in the same field, serving people for the company's growth without specializing in women.
Our services are a business filled with feelings and thoughts we have created over the past 35 years with our clients in Fukuoka and across the country.
We will continue to believe that “people's aspirations move society.” With this corporate spirit as our passion, we will contribute to the development of society through human resource management, never forgetting our gratitude to our clients who have nurtured us up to now.

On December 20, 1990,
we founded Business Refine Inc.
Since its founding, we have developed our human resource development, temporary staffing, and recruitment business based on what is necessary for working women and companies to grow together.
One of the most important factors for developing the Japanese economy in the 21st century is the advancement of women in society.
Utilizing women's abilities in the right person in the right place is a significant challenge in supporting Japanese society.
From the perspective of an aging society with a declining birthrate, it is inevitable that women must be utilized. Still, more than that, we are convinced that using talented women will bring global competitiveness to Japanese companies.
